Little Pinewood is a large 3 bedroom detached cottage located in the small village of St.Michaels, just a 10 minute drive into the heart of St.Andrews. The house sits in a beautiful, secluded plot backing onto tentsmuir forrest. Little Pinewood has a sizeable private garden, in addition to private off-road parking for multiple cars. Tentsmuir forrest, which has featured on BBC's The One Show's 'Nature Watch', can be accessed through a private gate at the side of the garden.

 

The cottage has a unique history, dating back to the early 1900s. The current owners purchased Little Pinewood in 2003 as a holiday home, before renting it out as a successful holiday let business for many years - check out the 'reviews' section to see what previous guests have to say. The cottage has recently undergone significant refurbishment and upgrade, in-order-to create a comfortable and modern living space.

The cottage is also just 2 miles away from Leuchars train station, which has regular services to Edinburgh and Arbroath - just park at the station, hop on a train and see what this beautiful country has to offer!
